A picture is worth 1000 words

Welcome and thanks for visiting/reading!

Nikki - Playa Hermosa

Nikki – Playa Hermosa

I am Nikki – part owner of Pura Vida! eh? Incorporated. I am fortunate enough to be able to explore the jungle, raft rivers, swim under waterfalls, hike mountains, and so much more… for my job. With my husband at my side (a past white water rafting guide and safety kayaker on Costa Rica’s Pacuare River and co-owner of Pura Vida! eh? Incorporated), I couldn’t be luckier. I make every attempt to soak in as much of Costa Rica as I can get as evidenced by the hundreds of photos that mark my travels. Each one is a memory for me, and with any luck, inspiration for you.

Everyone says a picture is worth 1000 words. In thinking about this philosophy (or plainly, the idea), I mentally sorted through the photo collection I have developed as a result of my time in Costa Rica and throughout the development of our business. Each snapshot represents so much more to me than most people will ever know. As a result, I write to give voice to each photo, with the ulterior motive that my words will allow you to relive my experiences, and in turn, better inform your own. In choosing to read, you determine what you hear – whether it be resourceful information, an entertaining story, helpful advice, or simply a good read that makes you chuckle from time to time.

To those living in Costa Rica, those who have visited Costa Rica, and/or those currently travelling throughout Costa Rica, I invite you to share your trip photos with us on our Costa Rica Travel Blog and encourage you to voice your experiences. We can’t wait to see/hear them!

QUESTION TO COMMENT ON: What are you looking to get out of reading a blog about Costa Rica?

Pura vida!
