KeymasterHi again Bluebird Annie!
I am glad to hear that you had such an incredible experience here! “Operation Ruby Throat” must have thrilled you. We look forward to your return someday and cannot wait to read your thoughts and notes about your next Costa Rican journey if you’re kind enough to post them on your blog. 🙂

KeymasterHey transplantedtatar!
That is our preference as well (to travel during the low season). I LOVE your blog’s caption: “Travel of the hidden-treasure, off-season variety.” We look forward to following your unique travels on Transplanted Tatar. 🙂

Thank you so much for the LOVE! 🙂 I am so glad to hear that you have had the pleasure of travelling throughout Costa Rica (and all of Central America). Apart from what was likely a sketchy apartment in a San Jose suburb, I am sure you had a blast. Costa Rica would love to have you back one day – perhaps there is a market for acupuncture and/or Chinese medicine in CR?

That is great to hear! Whereabouts did you visit in Costa Rica? I hope you enjoyed your visit and that you will make it back again someday. In response to the question you asked in your recent post “I’d say that the friends we make at work are the glue that helps us to manage to be fine… really. What would you say?”, I’d say that at Pura Vida! eh? Incorporated, our work friends (our hotel, tour operator, and transportation service operator partners, as well as our tourist clients) are those who allow us to give and entitle us to receive. We work as the middlemen between international travellers planning vacations to Costa Rica and the operators who provide vacation services, so without a solid give-and-take relationship between each, it would be impossible for us to do our job as well as we do it. 🙂

KeymasterHey coyotero!
Your comment put a smirk on my face. Some people just don’t know to respect the places wherein they travel or live. Wouldn’t the world be a different place if pura vida was embodied by everyone? Looking forward to reading about your experiences in Costa Rica and Tamarindo in particular.
