WOW! I am officially jealous! We’d love to take an RTW trip someday. I know it’s a few years away yet, but we wish you lots of fun and success throughout your journey once it begins! 🙂

What a GREAT idea! We love supporting businesses that opt to pay it forward with a portion of their sales. That is such a great way to incorporate giving into the everyday routine. Such an inspiration – thanks so much for sharing/commenting! 🙂

Will do, neighbour (hope all is well with you in Panama!). We will donate $1 for each comment on this blog post (including our comment replies) towards the fund. The money will then be used to purchase secondhand soccer (futbol) shoes for children participating in the Escuela de Futbol Tres Equis school program (Costa Rica). We absolutely LOVE this initiative and are thrilled to read the comments of others driving its success! 🙂

Thank you so much for your comments! That is such a great concept – being a citizen of the world, rather than just one country. If only everyone else would think the same way you do – wouldn’t the world be a different place? Thank you also for your kind well wishes – I too wish the very best for you and am grateful that you stumbled across our blog long enough to leave a lifelong impact on us. Thanks to you we aim to embody your vision – to “try to give, in some way, to others every day”. 🙂

We just read your post “Responsible Tourism: Anyone Can Make A Difference” post and LOVED IT! Such a great read with an even better message delivered. You’ve done some AMAZING things and I’m sure the lessons you’ve learned throughout your travels and teaching are more rewarding than you could ever put into words. Thanks goes out to you for all you’re doing, and for furthering our own initiative by commenting on our “Would You Take A Minute To Comment On A Post If It Meant That A Costa Rican Child Would Have An Opportunity To Follow Their Passion? KeymasterHey LuAnn!
Thanks so much for chiming in! I hope your visit to Tabacon was a pleasant one. We agree; it is great to be able to experiment and try new things. Let us know if/when you make it back to Costa Rica. We’d love to hear what you think about an alternative hot springs attraction among other vacation experiences.
Pura vida! 🙂

KeymasterHey aweekoraweekend!
Thanks so much for the insight and the tip! 🙂 Los Lagos is included in the comparative article above, but we also wrote a separate blog post about that property, which can be accessed here:
